Crisis Intervention
Two-person mobile crisis teams in Yuma County consisting of a Master's level clinician and a behavioral health technician. The teams are dispatched to evaluate individuals who have been determined to be experiencing a crisis. Referrals are made to the appropriate level of care for the individual which may include hospitalization, the development of a safety plan, and/or intensive outpatient counseling. Teams are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Rapid Response system in LaPaz County. A Behavioral Health Professional is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to be dispatched when necessary to evaluate individuals who have been determined to be experiencing a crisis. Referrals are made to the appropriate level of care for the individual which may include hospitalization, the development of a safety plan, and/or intensive outpatient counseling.
